A deposit is required to book any full set, fill, or permanent make up service.

Full set deposit $50

Fill deposit $30

Permanent Makeup $100
If your appointment must be cancelled, please contact the salon with at least 24-hours’ notice of your appointment time. Cancellations can be made by contacting us through email, voicemail, or social media mediums.

If any appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice from the scheduled appointment time, MIA Lash will NOT apply the appointment deposit to future appointments.

If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, a $50 fee will be applied to the total of your next appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your full-set appointment, we cannot guarantee the complete look that you wanted to attain but we will do our best to achieve your desired result. We can only honor a mini fill to those clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to a regular fill appointment.

PAYMENT
A deposit is required to hold an appointment for any full set, fill, or permanent makeup service. Checks of any kind are not accepted. Cash gratuities are customary and very much appreciated by your lash artist.

COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UPS and REFUNDS
We value our clients and strive to provide the most quality eyelash services possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your eyelash extensions, please contact MIA Lash within a week of your services. We will be happy to address your concerns or freshen up your lashes as a complimentary service within this time frame. Anything after a week will be regarded as a mini fill (at the least).

Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money and care on our client and staff’s behalf. MIA Lashes will make every effort to satisfy a client’s lash wishes and troubleshoot after-care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services that we have already executed if they are not brought to our attention within a week of the service date. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within a week (7-days) of your appointment. All retail product purchases are final sale.
